Return Policy

Hip Cub offers an easy, no hassle, 90-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. I f you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase.

If you have a defective product, Hip Cub will replace or refund issues caused by manufacturer’s defects within the first ninety (90) days from date of purchasing through www.hipcub.com or on any third party website through which Hip Cub is the seller.   After the 90-day guarantee period Hip Cub is under no obligation to offer a full refund but may offer replacements for products with legitimate defects. This will be evaluated on a case-by case basis and replacements will be issued based on Hip Cub’s own discretion.

You must have an Order ID or proof of online purchase. Our warranty policy is valid for the original purchaser only. The w arranty does not cover any and all SALE items.

Hip Cub warranty covers legitimate product defects and does not cover wear and tear.

The customer must provide Hip Cub a detailed description of the defect, as well as evidence in the form of digital pictures, along with the specific Order ID.

We take great pride in our Hip Cub products – each of them is genuine and top quality. We hope you love them just as much as we do. However, if you believe that your item is defective, follow the steps below for our returns & replacement procedure.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

In the event that a defective, incomplete, or damaged item was delivered, please notify us within ninety (90) days of purchase date via email at team@hipcub.com .

State your Order ID and the item(s) you would like to return. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to return your item(s) to us.

After we have received the damaged item(s) we will:

(1) refund the full amount paid for the item  or

(2) ship you the replacement

Please take note that it our return policy does not cover the damages incurred during mishandling on the part of the buyer and during the delivery.

RETURN POSTAGE COSTS

The customer is solely responsible for the cost of shipping for the returned product. Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no replacement or refund will be issued.

Hip Cub will, however, refund your return costs on items if:

  • you received an incorrect item, or
  • you received a damaged item, or
  • you received a faulty item.

WHAT IS COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY

Covered : manufacturer’s defects (includes but is not limited to):

  • Broken zippers, zippers that will not open or close properly, zipper pulls that are not attached.
  • Seams that are not sewn together properly by the factory. (This should be noticed right when you get your bag.)
  • Missing parts. (This should also be noticed right upon delivery.)

Not covered : wear and tear (includes but is not limited to):

  • Scratches on the outside of the bag from dragging, rubbing, or normal everyday use
  • Environmental damage (such as sun, rain, etc.)
  • Stains
  • Fluid spills that were not cleaned immediately and thoroughly and have begun to smell
  • Changing pads that are washed and not dried thoroughly and begin to mildew
  • Damage caused by accidents
  • Excessive zipper wear
